Whether you are an expert or novice cyclist, male or female, this bicycle ride between two of the UK’s most iconic mosques will be a fantastic experience to remember. We will ride just over 30 miles from East London Mosque to the UK’s first purpose built mosque – Shajahan Mosque in Woking.
The route is picturesque including the City, Embankment, Houses of Parliament, Richmond park and along the Thames all the way to Shahjahan Mosque where the group will enjoy a late afternoon BBQ in the courtyard of Shahjahan Mosque.
This ride is open to brothers and sisters. Sisters do not fret as we will have experienced female cyclists on board to help you all the way.
Along the route there will be a fully equipped support team that will guide you all the way to our destination and will also take care of transfers back to London along with your bicycle.
If you want to ride but do not have a bicycle, we can facilitate bicycle hire upon request.
This will prove to be a fantastic challenge and spiritual experience as we learn more about the history of Islam in the UK!
